SACRAMENTO – California State Senator Bob Archuleta (D-Pico Riviera) passed senate bill 405 out of the Senate Transportation committee with bipartisan support. SB 405 would create a pilot program in Los Angeles County to demonstrate the viability of using recycled asphalt grindings in road repair and maintenance.
